Terms of Use

By downloading or using the InScene mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License Agreement (EULA)

InScene grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. AI Content & User-Generated Content

InScene allows users to generate AI-powered videos using photos and templates. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and upload.

You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.

Sharing Consent: Videos will only appear in public or community sections if the user explicitly chooses to share them. Content is never made public without user permission.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to the App at our discretion if content violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Credits & In-App Purchases

InScene offers consumable credits and optional subscriptions that unlock premium features and video generation capabilities.

Credits are used to generate AI videos. The number of credits required may vary depending on the selected scene or feature. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.

All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment policies.

Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

4. Subscriptions

Some features may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS users) or Google Play account (for Android users) at confirmation of purchase.

5. Price of subscription

There are subscription options available in the App, including weekly and yearly plans.

Pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase and may vary by plan, region, or promotional period.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 - The App and all AI-generated content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated results.

6.2 - Apple Disclaimer: This agreement is between you and InScene, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
