• AI-generated content created using the app
• Basic, anonymized usage data such as feature interactions
• Purchase and subscription status (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play)

Face Data & Biometric Information

InScene does not permanently store or retain face data or biometric identifiers.

When you upload an image containing a human face to generate an AI video, facial features may be temporarily processed by our third-party AI provider, PixVerse, solely to generate the requested video output.

This processing may involve analyzing facial landmarks or expressions within the uploaded image. The data is used only for one-time content generation and is not used for identification, profiling, advertising, or tracking.

Face data is never used for user identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes.

How We Use Information

• To generate AI-powered videos requested by the user
• To operate and maintain app functionality
• To improve performance and reliability
• To manage subscriptions and credits
• To prevent abuse, fraud, or policy violations

AI Content & User Media

Uploaded images are used exclusively to generate the AI video explicitly requested by the user. InScene does not sell, reuse, or repurpose user images for advertising or training.

Generated videos may be shared publicly only if you explicitly choose to do so within the app.

Subscriptions & Payments

InScene offers optional paid subscriptions and credit packages. Payments are processed securely by Apple App Store or Google Play. InScene does not collect or store payment card details.

Third-Party Services

InScene uses trusted third-party services strictly to deliver app functionality. This includes AI video generation services provided by PixVerse.

These providers process data only on our behalf, under contractual obligations, and are not permitted to use user data for their own purposes.

Data Retention

Uploaded images and generated content are retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service.

Face-related data is processed temporarily for video generation and is automatically deleted after the generation process is completed.

We do not use data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or profiling. Anonymized analytics may be collected to improve app performance.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may also stop using the app at any time.

Children’s Privacy

InScene is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
